Graves Training Centre offers a wide range of First Aid Courses. Here are some of the current courses available:

27th - 30th July and 17th - 20th August 2009 - 4 day HSE First Aid at Work Course

20th - 21st July and 3rd - 4th August 2009 - 2 day HSE First Aid Refresher Course

23rd July and 5th August 2009 - 1 Day Appointed Persons Course

Never Too Late To Learn To Swim!

Swimming is one of the best forms of exercise working every major muscle in the body, and it's fun! The health and social benefits you will reap are well worth the time and effort. Graves Tennis & Leisure Centre are offering a programme of new adult swim lessons - £10 for 8 lessons - and anyone aged 16 years or over is eligible.
