Come down and join us for our adult only swimming lessons. Our small lesson groups help you get fit, feel great and have fun at the same time!

We have beginner and improver lessons to develop your swimming skills whatever your ability. Plus all lessons are taught by our ASA qualified teachers, to ensure you get the best level of teaching available. Our lesson groups are for ages 16yrs+. All groups are adult only lessons.

One in five adults across the country can't swim - but it's never to late to learn. Our beginner's lessons take things at a slow pace - starting off with teaching you how to stand up and regain your feet, float and swim without fear before being taught specific strokes.
