Here at Graves you are able to bring a Buddy along with you to exercise. This will help provide support and motivation to you whilst you begin and then continue with your activity programme

 

You can nominate one person to be your buddy throughout your 12 week programme

 

This buddy can then attend the gym, class (not kickstart circuits) or swimming at the same time as you and for the same price as a referral session (your buddy must attend at the same time as you to qualify for the referral price)

 

You will both have a gym induction at the same time and your buddy will also be offered advice on what’s best for them to do in the gym
