Cardio Tennis

Cardio Tennis is a new, fun group activity featuring drills to give players of all abilities an ultimate, high energy workout. Taught by a teaching professional, Cardio Tennis includes a warm-up, cardio workout, and cool down phase. If you are looking for a great new way to get in shape and to burn calories, you must try Cardio Tennis - no previous tennis skills are required!

The Typical Cardio Tennis Programme Will Include:

 

 

 

 

5-10 minute warm-up segment 30-50 minute

 
 
 

Cardio segment 5-10 minute cool down segment

Cardio Tennis is first and foremost a fitness programme.
 
It is more about getting people moving and active…less on hitting great forehands and backhands.
